Refund policy

 

Thank you for choosing Junkyard Theatre Phuket for your entertainment needs. Please review our refund policy carefully:

 

1.Non-Refundable Tickets:

 

   - All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for any show at Junkyard Theatre Phuket are non-refundable.

 

2.Rescheduling:

 

   - Guests may request to reschedule their visit for another date, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original showtime. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed within the 24-hour window.

 

3.Event Cancellation by Junkyard Theatre:

 

   - In the unlikely event that Junkyard Theatre Phuket cancels a show, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another performance date, if available.

 

   - We will notify ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of booking as soon as possible in case of any cancellations.

 

4.No-Show Policy:

   - Failure to arrive for the performance without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

 

5.How to Reschedule:
